WORLD CHAMP AARON GWIN VISITS SCOTTS VALLEY

World Cup Mountain Bike Champ Aaron Gwin visits Scotts Valley office

Bell Rider and World Cup Downhill Champion Aaron Gwin stopped by the Scotts Valley office on Tuesday to give input on some future projects and to say thanks for Bell’s help in his journey to world title holder. Back in May he became the first American to win a World Cup race in more than a decade by taking the season-opener in South Africa, then continuing on to win a record-setting five rounds of the series and the World Cup title.

The 24-year-old southern Californian said his helmet was confidence-inspiring, and that confidence is what helped him rise to become the world’s top downhiller.

“Thanks for the sickest helmets ever,” wrote Gwin as he autographed the 15-foot-tall poster of his likeness in the lobby. It was the last of dozens of autographs he signed after 45 minutes of visiting with employees.
