  The Bell Arella is essentially a women’s version of the Muni urban helmet, scaled-down to fit a greater percentage of women’s heads, and styled-up to fit their sense of fashion. Despite its sophisticated sass, the Arella is full-featured and all business under the pretty paint: the OneStep Plus fit system, the integrated lights, the mounts for additional front and rear lights, the mirror mount, the ratcheting buckle—they’re all there, just like the Muni.

  • Bell’s Blade visor mixes dramatic looks with top-notch functionality. Horizontal I-beam pins keep the visor in place with minimal intrusion on the helmet surface.

  • Specially designed ventilation channels on the interior of the helmet's liner bring cool air in through the front, pass it over the head and flushes warm air out of the rear ports. You'll find some form of this feature on almost all Bell helmets, but our higher end helmets feature deeply sculpted channels that keep air moving whether you're bombing it at 30 mph, or huffing it uphill at single digit speed.

  • The Flip Mirror extends and adjusts easily to the desired angle when in use, and folds to cleanly nestle into the visor when not needed.

  • In-molding is the process of bonding the helmet’s Microshell to its EPS foam layer to provide a sturdier, more solid helmet. The EPS foam is shot into the thin Microshell cap when it’s in the mold—thus the name—rather than formed separately and taped on later. This process was pioneered by Bell and is now the industry standard for all high-end helmets. All but our toddler helmets are now made with this construction method.

  • Bell's OneStep kids and OneStep Plus adult fit systems feature built-in flashing lights for added conspicuity. The lights run on replaceable watch-type batteries (included).

  • The world’s easiest helmet fitting system is now available on adult helmets with the all-new OneStep Plus fit system. Just like its pint-sized predecessor, the new ‘Plus’ version features an innovative fit belt that automatically adjusts to the rider’s head size with a one-time adjustment. The first time it’s worn, simply select one of the three fore-aft arm positions and tighten the chin strap to the proper length. After that, the helmet self-adjusts for a correct fit every time.Another feature of the Plus are the integrated rear LED flashers. These sleek, ultra-lightweight, lights feature bright, long-life, flashing LEDs for increased conspicuity in low-light situations.

  • The all new ratcheting buckle from Bell provides easy fitting with its adjustment range to custom tune an exact fit.
