Very very disappointed in your company. Bought a three bike trunk rack went to put 3 bikes on it and they don't fit, and the cradles that are on there are cheap and horrible they should have been made from hard plastic not rubber that will cut and break just from putting the straps through. I went to tighten a strap and it broke and it happened again on another one, so I get home and called customer service and was told to call back in 2 weeks because they had none in stock :(
